There were so many wonderful, well thought out activities and new experiences to be had. Some of the highlights for me were the cacao chanting circle, the breathwork journey, silent disco dancing barefoot in the beautiful grounds of the Continental House, the wonderful Inner Compass workshop by the lovely Angela from Akaora Therapies and the amazing Turkish Hamman steam bathing that I got to experience with some special ladies.   • From the welcome to the goodbye - this retreat is like one long hug. Whether you are just starting out and trying something new, or are an experienced 'retreater', Helen creates a welcoming, warm, safe and inclusive bubble, and the whole group comes together to support each other. Every little detail is carefully planned and designed to nurture - from the beautiful accommodation and natural surrounds, to the unbelievable food, the choice and sequencing of the days activities, the free time to spend as you want, and the optional treatments. As a 'first-timer' I was a little apprehensive, but all I can say is just jump in, you won't regret it (and absolutely opt-in for the Hammam!!).
