Your Embodied Voice Retreat Day

The Embodied Voice Retreat Day is a deeply nourishing invitation to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with the truth of your own voice.

Held in a safe, reverent space, this day is not about singing well or speaking loudly — it is about listening deeply. Through guided practices of gentle movement, breath, meditation, sound, and shared presence, you are invited to soften into your body and allow your voice to emerge naturally, in its own time and rhythm.

Together, we will explore voice as an expression of the soul — a bridge between inner knowing and outer expression. There will be moments of quiet reflection, moments of shared sound, and moments of heartfelt connection, all woven with care and intention.

This retreat day offers a chance to release what has been held back, to honour what longs to be spoken or sung, and to remember that your voice — just as it is — is worthy, welcome, and enough.

You will leave feeling grounded, open, and gently reconnected to yourself, carrying with you a deeper sense of trust in your own expression and a renewed connection to your inner voice.

About Your Hosts

SARAH HINES - Sarah is a singer and songweaver who loves the powerful, healing medicine of the voice. She is passionate about motivating women to reclaim and trust their voices, and she creates safe, playful, and nourishing spaces where participants can explore, express, and delight in vocal freedom.

She believes that breath and voice are two of our most vital tools for self-empowerment, connection, and nourishment.

When she’s not singing in Circle, you’ll find her performing as part of the folk trio "Kinship", sharing devotional mantras through Kirtan, or just as joyfully, singing in the car, the shower, or her favourite place on earth: the Ocean!

HELEN FORSTER - Helen is a retreat facilitator, soul work guide, and space holder devoted to creating safe, sacred containers for deep listening, healing, and embodied transformation. Through her work Helen supports people to slow down, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and gently remember who they are beneath the noise of everyday life.

Her offerings are rooted in presence, ritual, and embodiment, drawing on practices such as meditation, breathwork, sound healing, gentle movement, and voice as a pathway back to self. Helen’s work is not about fixing or forcing change, but about creating the conditions for authentic expression, self-trust, and inner nourishment to naturally arise.

Our Retreat Day will include a nourishing lunch, snacks and herbal tea.

The only thing you will need to bring is an open heart and readiness to transform.
