A year-long journey of connection, reflection, and growth

Each month we gather in sacred circle, anchored in soul themes for each month designed to help you move deeper into your relationship with yourself and the women beside you.

These circles are a space to pause, reconnect, and remember — to walk each other home through the changing seasons of the year and the soul.

Each Circle Includes

Opening meditation and sharing

Guided reflection and ritual connected to the monthly theme

Space for healing, integration, and connection

Herbal teas and nourishing treats

Circles run for 3 hours each month

Limited to 10 women per circle to maintain intimacy and depth

Investment: $650 for the year or $77 per month (9 payments via direct debit)

Whether you are just starting out and trying something new, or are an experienced 'retreater', Helen creates a welcoming, warm, safe and inclusive bubble, and the whole group comes together to support each other. Every little detail is carefully planned and designed to nurture - from the beautiful accommodation and natural surrounds, to the unbelievable food, the choice and sequencing of the days activities, the free time to spend as you want, and the optional treatments.
